Delivery

 

We will deliver your order using the most suitable and reliable method possible.  The likely timescale for delivery is given on each product page.  For most non-furniture items we aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days.  For our furniture items there can be a longer delivery period.  We aim to deliver within 7 working days but sometimes it can be up to 21 days.

A standard delivery charge of £4.95 applies to all orders under £75*.  Orders over £75 benefit from FREE delivery*.

* We currently deliver to UK mainland only, unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Scilly Isles.  We will deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands and the Isle of Wight for a standard delivery charge of £9.95 on orders up to £75.  Unfortunately the free delivery option for orders over £75 is not available for Scottish Highlands & Islands or the Isle of Wight.  If your order is £75 or over and you require delivery to these destinations please contact us for a quote using the facility on our 'Contact Us' page or emailing info@elephantmonkey.co.uk or calling us on 01635 728934.  The mainland standard delivery charge of £4.95 will be deducted in order that you will still receive the same discount.
